The oil problem was brought about on purpose by Brandon to push his green agenda

there is a lot of evidence of this including his self admission
Ummm, if the oil production next year is going to be the highest that it has ever been in this country, then he's doing a crappy job at pushing a green agenda.

I think your last sentence is spot on.  There's 50 factors that are causing the headaches in the WORLD economy right now.  Probably 75% are a combination of lingering consequences of Covid-world and Russian douchebaggery.  I guess my biggest beef is with the belief that this was "mostly" Biden's fault.

and when Trump takes the reins and oil price goes down you will have 50 reasons for that other then giving credit

If Trump were to get back into the White House and he did something that forced OPEC to lower prices, then absolutely yes I would give him credit.

...but fair warning, I'm going to want something a little more concrete as proof besides Trump proclaiming it.

US oil production should set new records next year, natural gas production is already there.

Trump leaned on Saudi Arabia (who controls OPEC) to cut production when he wanted and also increase production when he wanted. MbS loved Trump. MbS won't even take President Senile Shit-for-Brains phone calls. Tells you all ya need to know, really.

What specifically has he done?  Delay leases or stop fracking on Federal lands?  Oil companies have leases for 3-4 years, and most oil production is on private land in the US.  Stop the pipeline?  It wouldn't be built yet anyway, and of course it relates to tar sands oil (bitumen) from Canada, and that oil is being refined anyway (shipped by rail, at some increase in cost, and pipeline).  It also would have shipped less than has been released from the SPR anyway, which hasn't made much of a dent.

Brandon's EOs were largely folderol, meaningless, meant to appease part of his base.

Folks like me couldn't travel in 2020, and didn't much in 2021, which meant we weren't spending money on travel.  That money accumulated, in effect, and now folks are traveling, which increases demand, a lot, air lines are full, folks are driving a lot, and the economy snapped back quickly last year, we had very high GDP growth, much of which is dependent on petroleum.  The stimulus monies were just added to all that, free money, let's hit the road.

OPEC+ announces 50 percent increase in oil output for July and August | The Hill

Misleading headline, they increased their planned increase by 50%, which is better than nothing, but still small.

This is Biden's dilemma, it's going to look bad to the Greenies when this happens, and the rest won't be prone to giving him any credit (I won't).

Horns of a pitard.

Not sure this is correct, most home chargers require 30-50 amps IIRC.
pulling 50 amps will be done over an 80 amp circuit with 80 amp breaker

A charger pulling 30 amps may do for most folks
if you have a reasonable commute and only take 10-20% off the battery a 30 amp would recharge to 100% overnight, but if you take the car out over the weekend and drain 90% of it, a 30 amp could take 30 hours to recharge to 100%
if you own a 2nd gasser for long trips the 30 amp would be fine

I paid more than $3.99 for the first time today
$4.39
I don't like it
most signs I saw were $4.49
I don't think crude has gone up at the same rate as gasoline in the past 4-6 weeks

it's price gouging

gas stations used to work on percentages - probably still do, I don't know

but, if they were making 10% on $3/gallon, they're making a heck of a lot more on $4.50/gallon
