Yeah so don’t ever shop at family dollar store for anything. Ever. 400 stores closed and millions of dollars of product recalled after FDA investigators found thousands of dead decaying rats in their warehouses.

At least our grandfathers had good stories.  We get to bore our grandchildren with working in pajamas, learning how to bake sourdoughs, and making anti-Russian memes

Since Roger Federer became #1 in February 2004, Daniel Medvedev becomes the second #1 outside the big 3

Sounds like college football.

What a $1.9M teardown in Ansley Park looks like right now | Urbanize Atlanta

This is half a mile north of us, a tear down, quarter acre, asking $1.9 million.  And there is a four story height limitation on new construction along Piedmont Road.

You mean on the apartment building next door?  It's very common around here for such structures.  There is a four story height limitation on this street near the park.  Our building is the only one exceeding that because it was built before that restriction happened.  But it means you can't make money on some properties that are small because you can't build enough units by going up.  So, if you can get away from the park even 300 feet, suddenly you see 30 story residential buildings, with flat roofs.

I don't know what they can do with a quarter acre for nearly $2 mil.  Those apt buildings next door have been under construction for three years now.

I've always liked the butterfly roof, popular in mid-century modern architecture.
