I'm telling you, this is going to result in a large increase in Tito's purchased and consumed worldwide.

Heck, perhaps Tito himself is the mastermind behind it all????

Going back to 2001, Tito's was one of the very first sponsors of the charitable tailgate that I've run for over 20 years now.  I've hung out with him many times, we were the first and only tailgate party he sponsored at UT football games.  Now he's a billionaire and sponsors scores of tailgate parties around town, but we're the first ones and we were his "home" tailgate party for the first ten years or so.

He's a good guy who is heavily committed to charitable giving.  A really remarkable story of boot-strapping yourself to great success.

I remember in '79-'80 when the Soviets went into Afghanistan I was watching the Nightly World News. All over they were pouring out Vodka in protest into the storm sewers think it was in Chicago they showed some Tavern owner  pouring it out and he looked at the camera and said "I hope Scotland doesn't do anything stoopid"

Tito's is good stuff, I found the Kirkland brand to be about as good and cheaper, but I ain't drinkin' russian anything.

I surmise we're still importing their oil.

It is a bit amazing in a sense how "normal" everything is around here, as it was during our own wars, for most.  We just walked about town, it's a very nice day, had lunch at Farm Burger.

The hotel there with the "W" used to be a "W", now is a Curio, called Midtown Hotel, I told them to flip the W upside down.  The yellow building is apartments, very nice on the outside.
