If I were to go to McD's (or anywhere else) and had a choice between an egg muffin or a burger, the burger wins every time, at all times.
I like McD's for breakfast, but not for other meals.
Same... I rarely go to McDonald's for lunch/dinner, but I'll go for breakfast. Sausage McMuffin w/egg, hash brown, and some of their delicious coffee is a great start to the day.

Not sure CNN can really go back, they've lost the trust of so many people, I doubt they'll ever be taken seriously again.

Yes!  But the sentence "breakfast all day" is asinine.  It's just food.

Like "baby names," it's nonsensical.  They're just names.  Those babies grow up.

i really enjoy things like this. redundant phrases.

hot water heater. it's just a water heater, or maybe a hot water container.

past history. new born baby. prepay in advance. new innovations. repeat again. atm machine. rip in peace. unexpected surprise.

i agree with the breakfast food stuff. i will say, though, certain items are much better consumed at certain times. this is, of course, personal opinion and i won't fault anyone who disagrees.

Ethanol at the Gas Pump May Be Hurting Air Quality, Study Says (caranddriver.com)

I view this as one of the very worst government programs that cannot die for obvious reasons.  It's well understood it's awful on many fronts, and yet Iowa.

And of course the government mandated we'd move to cellulosic ethanol which has been a complete flop, and yet the mandates remain, ignored.

When I was working, there was interest in "biopolyethylene", PE is the most common form of plastic.  The deal was to make cellulosic ethanol and then ethyene and then PE.  It would have the same properties as PE, but not come from petroleum sources.  OK, fine.  But cellulosic ethanol has flopped, I THOUGHT it might work in Brazil from bagasse as that already gets collected, but that largely flopped as well.

This was to be part of our program to source PE from something other than petroleum and be "green".  Flop flop flop.

And it was largely predictable.  It's akin to making fuel from algae, it has a number of very obvious major issues.  But it makes nice PR.

College football defenses finally claw back as some offensive averages reach lowest points in a decade - CBSSports.com

For only the second time in CFP history, four teams that finished in the top 20 in total defense faced off. A defensive lineman finished second in Heisman Trophy voting for the first time in 41 years.

Conversely, in 2021, the previously defensive-minded SEC led the country with its teams averaging almost 31 points per game. Still, the champion from that league, Georgia, will be known for winning it all in with defense. The 10.2 points per game allowed by the Dawgs were the fewest nationally since Alabama gave up 8.2 in 2011.  (Of course, UGA did not win the SEC.)

If explosive games plays win games, there has to be something to be said for limiting those plays. Georgia finished in the top 20 in plays allowed of at least 10 yards, 20 yards and 30 yards.
