True/ but don’t underestimate the volume of horny young guys
that's all there are....horny guys. young and old. just horny guys. the old guys just typically got a lot more money than the young guys. An average man's sex drives are said to be 5x that of a woman's. I know people who have sex drives that are probably 50x that of a woman. I think we all know a friend or relative like this.... :043:

McDonald's salaries: How much does McDonald's pay? | Indeed.com

This is MCDONALDS, probably the LOWEST in the business.  Places that rely on tips of course pay less, but the server comes out way ahead or they'd leave and go to McDs.  i KNOW serves at nice restaurants have a nice income, for some it's a very nice income.  At any rate, they used to work at these jobs, and now many are not.  Why not?  Openings are going unfilled NOW that were filled preCOVID.

And of course whatever a living wage might be, a vague concept, is going to vary between SF, CA and say Jackson, Miss.  A lot.
Just want to add- vast majority of "McDonalds" employees don't even work for McDonald's - they work for a franchisee who is nowhere near as big of a company nor has as much assets/wealth/revenue/profit as THE McDonalds corporation.

WHOOPS. Looks like the mainstream media aka the mouth piece for the CIA/deep-state/military industrial complex gets it wrong, again. How shocking? Not. Ukrainian President rips into Biden/US for stoking fans of war with Russia. People really need to stop watching/reading NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NYT, and Washington Post. They'd be soooooo much more well-informed, smarter, and just better off in general.

this is gross. but hey, Raytheon changed their logo to be LGBTQEEFDD+ friendly, they celebrate gay pride and black history month! And they are singing the tune of diversity and inclusion! So woke! Let's all be gay and work in a racial paradise of a company while we openly push for war and build weapons to kill people all over the world! So WOKE! :043:

they called it all the way in 1988 - should be required reading in high schools. would have a much smarter, more enlightened, and more well-rounded population if it were.

yeah, so can someone kill Klaus Schwab (who totally looks/feels like a real-life Bond villain) and destroy the world economic forum, please? anyone? since 2016 these cocks*ckers have been calling for people to own nothing, have no privacy, and that we'll all be happy for it. yeah, if people don't know anything...then who does? the billionaires and corporate masters that attend the WE forum in Davos...lol. how convenient.

this shit is real...and it's happening....and it's f**king scary. it's happening here in the US. BlackStone and other PE have been buying the F**K out of single-family homes and turning entire master-planned single-family communities that used to be owners- into renters during the last decade. And it's only accelerating.

That is indeed true, and not at all unique in the business.  Kiosks for ordering are here now, as an option, they will become the sole option, and in due time most of the food prep will be automated, they may have 2-3 overseers doing the work of 15.  I think it's doable now for a new kind of restaurant that serves only food amenable to automation.  If autonomous trucking becomes a thing, millions of truck drivers will be out of a job.

Self service kiosks will replace workers taking orders eventually, for sure. Think you'll always need people to make the food however. Not sold on robots being able to make food. I'll see it before I believe it.

I am very skeptical that autonomous driving is around the corner as well. Even if it happens any time soon, which I highly doubt, you will still need a human in the truck behind the wheel making sure everything goes well.

I didn't say it would happen "any time soon", or even at all.  I said IF IT BECOMES A THING.  I read a wide range of projections on when it may occur, so I don't know.

And I do fully expect automated food prep in due time for many menu items.  I think cost is the only barrier today.  And by extension, we could reach a time when there are zero "unskilled" jobs for folks, though that is pretty far off I think.

They're already here.

Now, when will they be cost-effective enough to become ubiquitous at fast food joints?  Many years from now for sure.  But probably not many decades.

they pay tax, some years. some years not. every billionaire and every multi-billion dollar national US based multi-national conglomerate finds ways to use tax shelters and loop holes to avoid paying tax. it's just what they do.
And we all know who enables this shit.

We tax income, not wealth (in general).  I've noted before how a wealthy person does not need income to maintain a lofty lifestyle.

The companies that avoid taxes, legally, do so by having tax losses in previous years as a carry forward, or by reinvesting in the business heavily to sock up their profits.

yeah, the the big banks give them ridiculous 0% loans with no recourse or late fees vs their stock holdings bc the banks desperately want said billionaires companies corporate business which can be lucrative and the bullshit loans they give out are just a drop in the bucket in comparison- and it's not "income" but a loan. should not be legal, but unfortunately, it is. if this was not allowed, they'd HAVE to have income- which means they'd have to sell their stock holdings or they'd actually have to have their companies pay them a salary and not just compensate them in stock and stock options.

Companies carrying forward losses isn't the only way they avoid paying tax. It's one way, sure, but not the only way.
