100% of zero is zero. :)
Ahh, but that's the thing... Costs accumulate whether revenue does or doesn't. They just get called losses.

If 97% of your losses are labor costs (I mean, you might need office supplies and a computer in there) on zero revenue, then you're still working with labor as 97% of your business costs.

The number zero was a significant mathematical advance, thanks to India apparently.  You might have tried to add using Roman numerals at some point.

One of the unusual expressions in math is Euler's Formula, which we all know of course.

Euler's number came into being when lenders attempted to charge interest monthly, then weekly, then daily, then every second, and so on.

For me, the concept of imaginary numbers is the craziest one. It's literally something that is of tremendous value in so much of science. And it's based on a concept that literally cannot exist; the square root of a negative number.

It's something that doesn't exist--can't exist--and yet is incredibly useful.

Many things come to mind that fit that category, but I will just stop at that🥴

Reminds me to make my donation to the Sacred Bleeding Heart of Jesus
Do you have to go to somewhere in Los Angles, California to do so?
