Both initial versions of the Silverado EV also will have a full range of more than 400 miles and be able to charge 100 miles in roughly 10 minutes with a DC fast charger, the company said.

GM's EV truck revealed, that's pretty good I think.  The work truck version priced same as the EF-150, $40 K.

Between trucks, vans, and SUVs, there is going to be an all out war shortly.

Had to fix the dryer... Again. This time it was the drum belt.

It's a good thing I ordered the full repair kit. Because the belt only snapped because the idler pulley seized and looked like this :a102:

I've made that exact same repair before.

Last month I had to replace the inlet valves on the washer, they were both weeping and filling up the tub even when off.  Then I had to drain the tub manually once per day which finally got it stuck in constant auto-drain mode.

Had to pull the drum on my GE washer back in like 13(think it was a clutch repair) .Ended up calling a friend who was a GE Appliance Repairman. He said it was the hardest pull off he ever had ,ended up knotting two leather belts and about a 1/8 of a Liquid Wrench can for us to remove it.Washer lasted 3 weeks short of 21 yrs

I went to grill some steelhead trout last night and the grill kept shorting out the GFI, which is a new thing.  I had that outlet replaced as it went dead about a year ago.  I need an EE I guess.  I ended up broiling the trout, the wife said it was quite good.  I overdid it slightly though.

How many amps is the circuit leading to the GFI outlet?

Typical electric grills are about 1500 watts and 120 Volts. About 13 amps.

Is there anything else on that circuit?

Shouldn't be a problem on a 15 amp circuit, if nothing else is on it.

Are you using an extension cord? If so, is it heavy-duty, for appliances?
