Too bad. Instead launched a million dumb Twitter takes about some dumb teenager with a gun obsession. Guy could have saved our brains with a good shot.

Where Rittenhouse is really lucky is that he was able to afford competent legal defense, and didn't have to settle for some "public defender" left wing activist that would have been working for the prosecution instead of his client.

It worked out for him. He can to CPAC and call Big Bird a communist and talk about how afraid he is of big cities

I dunno I'm sure the guy who lived is getting laid on a regular basis. And his arm doesn't work so he probably doesn't even have to do anything in return.

Nebraska’s unemployment rate fell to a mere 1.9% last month, which was the lowest any state has reached since U.S. data collection began in 1976.

The October rate reported by Nebraska’s labor department and the Bureau of Labor Statistics marks the first time a state’s unemployment rate dropped below 2%. Spokespeople for both agencies confirmed that Nebraska’s rate is the lowest recorded nationally.

Nebraska has maintained its status as the state with the lowest rate through much of the pandemic. It’s 0.1 percentage points lower than Nebraska’s September rate of 2%.

You don't want to spend $200K for a JPG of a "bored ape"?

I've been on juries, the issues can be complex, but the finding is not that he was innocent, or that he was smart, or that he was right.  The finding is he was NOT GUILTY under the law, beyond a reasonable doubt.  It's a pretty high burden, one shared by all twelve jurors who paid far more attention than I.

A person can be stupid, do stupid things, and even have broken the law and still be not guilty.  Unanimous decision, by twelve jurors.  If you  have a better system, I'd enjoy hearing about it.
It's a great system.
But the judge shouldn't be giving the defendant a BJ during the trial.

I'll forever be flabbergasted that we have liberal judges and conservative judges and everyone is just okay with that.
Absolutely no attempt at regulation or the employment of moderate-only judges with no slant either way.

Not only that, but I heard the story of the guy who lost like 10 millions dollars of cryptocurrency because he couldn't remember his password. This feels like something that would happen to me.
