Had Trump pulled a stunt like this, there'd be nothing else on TV for a month.

Regardless, this is a truly insane story. Since when the f**k does the FBI investigate a stolen journal case? You claim to have something stolen from you- you call the local police. Not the FBI. This shit is nuts.

The Left loves a police state, so long as they are the ones that control it.

Looking forward to congressional investigations into whether Big Bird is a communist
too late for that- we already had one of those- a second McCarthyist Russia Scare! It involved the BAD ORANGE MAN, Russia, and an evidence free based conspiracy theory.

And that theory was put out to pasture by Mueller's investigation and report and that pathetic bullshit dossier that was the basis for the start of the investigation has been called into serious question with the arrests and indictments of Igor Danchenko and Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann back to back in the last 3-4 weeks. Mueller put that conspiracy theory to bed- and these indictments literally just obliterated it into a billion pieces.

If the FBI was being used by the KGB, I’d be impressed by the bravery of speaking out about it.

In modern times, I think we understate the brutality of secret police.

(I’ve not dug into this raid and cannot speak to of it was bad or how bad it was)
You don't think it's incredibly odd that the FBI raided an online right-wing journalist organization over a diary they never published?

Since when is the FBI involved in trying to locate worthless lost or stolen property?

This SMACKS of a President using the FBI to go after political enemies.

how does a woman's diary involve national security? they had the diary a year ago before Joe Biden was president. Why does the FBI not raid until now?

no doubt about it. if the guy made a mean tweet it was immediately on cable news 24/7 for a week.

it just goes to show how broken the establishment media truly is. he was great for their ratings so they amped everything up to a million and tried to turn him into EVIL BAD ORANGE MAN- THE GREATEST VILLAIN IN HISTORY!

It worked for them- bc they had record ratings. As soon as he was out of office- their ratings have all fallen into the toilet. Literally. I wonder if CNN will even survive. Their ratings are so bad across the board- but especially in the key 18-49 demo. CNN now gets lower views than most of the popular YouTube news tv shows. MSNBC's are better- but not by much. I really do wonder if they'll be able to survive.

I think people have grown tired of the fear porn, the outright lies, fabrications, and misinformation, and the echo chambers where no one can question the narrative, and their flat out ridiculousness and their astounding hypocrisy and smugness- and you see that reflected in their ratings- which are literally in the toilet and on life support.

On this day, November 9, 1975, the Edmund Fitzgerald departed from Superior, Wisconsin at 2:15 pm with 26,116 tons of taconite headed for Detroit, Michigan. The Fitzgerald was under the leadership of Captain Ernest M. McSorley. Later that afternoon, the Fitz met the Arthur M. Anderson (Captain Jesse B. Cooper) as it left Two Harbors, Minnesota. Due to the storm headed north, both McSorley and Cooper decided to travel north of the usual shipping lanes, a common practice in poor weather.

Many of them from NE Ohio, one was 6 yrs older and went to my H.S. knew a few guys that I know
BTW FF it was November 10th

May be an image of 1 person and text that says 'EDMUND FITZGERAL'
I was only 14- but still remember this so vividly.

the song ( Gordon Lightfoot) still gives me a chill
If you’ve never seen Lake superior in November, it’s quite harrowing to even look at it when the weather turns bad.

Playing Sunday.

My last round dropped my official handicap into the teens!

I mean, 19.8 is still in the teens, right?

Keep playing.  Your a black belt- so that guarantees that you have a great hand eye coordination.

that is the secret- muscle memory ( repeatable swing) and short game, which is relaxed hand eye coordination.

Yeah, I think my long game is starting to come into form, because I've practiced it more. Not enough, but more.

My short game sucks, because the bulk of "practice" I do on short game is playing on the course.

I've started tracking "wasted shots" on my rounds, i.e. things that I do that are so awful that they basically are just a completely additional stroke. I.e. if I miss a green from 150 yards and I'm 20 yards off, that's not a wasted shot, because I can't exactly expect to hit every green from 150 at my skill level. But if I then go to pitch from 20 yards off and I chunk it 15 feet, that's a wasted shot because I should at least be able to get on the green from 20 yards. Now I am left pitching again from [essentially] the same place.

I've found that my wasted shots are well over 50% in my short game.

So I need to start practicing that. I could be shooting mid-80s if I clean that up.
