It would be popular, but the three amigos are not tough on crime. That's the problem in Chicago right now. The mayor and CPD are not pleased with that group.

You could give the problem areas what they want and remove police altogether until they kill each other down to the last man. Then you send the police back in there in order to snub out that last man.

You seen to think it worx that way - I don't have a problem with that,but the pinheads who caused many of the problems still have their seats and would prolly squelch ideas like that
