I can't even imagine how much you'd have to turn your brain off in order to achieve Fro levels of indoctrination.

You'd have to study Leftist dogma like a priest studies scripture.

not sure about the ratio, but obviously you weren't suggesting the far left is pro-vax
I didn't say anything about the far left and vaccinations because I wasn't talking about the far left.

How did the art of the conversation devolve to someone says something about a topic and the other person says "what about this totally opposite thing?!?"????
It's bizarre.

Your posts lack substance and are repetitive.  Thus, you bring nothing to the conversation.  But please, keep posting, by all means!

Has the far left taken over their party?  Are there as many anti-vaxxers on the far left?
so, this post has nothing to do with the far left or vaccines???

I was asking a question.  You know, seeking an answer.

From one of those articles:
When we look at whether people think that vaccination should be mandatory or a parent’s choice, a different story emerges.

Now it is only the very conservative who are more likely to think that it should not be mandatory: they are twice as likely as moderates to think that it should be a parent’s choice. Liberals are now more likely to think vaccination should be required: Compared to moderates, liberals are 43.5 percent less likely to think it should be a parent’s choice and those who are very liberal are 14.2 percent less likely.

Anyway, I don't see a consensus to my question in the articles.  I doubt there is one.
Yes, the hippy astrologists who think crystals do things and believe Jenny McCarthy are anti-vaxxers.  Yes, a lot of black people are anti-vax for historical reasons.
But what's been the message of the Dem party the past 2 years?  What's been the message from the Reps?

You're so weird.
I'm sorry 4 blocks of downtown Portland got taken over for a month.
I don't have an antifa mask.
I reluctantly wear a mask 7 hours a day while teaching, despite being vaccinated.  I don't like it, but I do it because I value those around me and my job security.  Even if it's a placebo, I'll do it.  Doing things in vain is part of life.  Ask any married person.

Doesn't the mask make it more difficult for your students to understand you, while you preach the exact same message as CNN or any mainstream politician?

“But what's been the message of the Dem party the past 2 years?  What's been the message from the Reps?  “

2 years?

Well from the beginning of 2020 to the beginning of 2021:

Dems:  -there won’t be an effective vaccine any time soon
- we shouldn’t assist Big Pharma in the development of a vaccine
- now that there is a vaccine, we don trust it and nether should you

Reps: there will be a vaccine, and soon
- we need to clear a path for big pharma both financially and by removing bureaucratic obstacles to speed approval
- now that there is a vaccine, we need to expedite its rollout

Since 2021,

Dems: -everyone should be vaccinated , they work, they are safe and effective
- please do not discuss treatments that reduce Covid symptoms- they are ineffective and conspiracies, disinformation
- the unvaccinated are the root of all of our problems; supply chain issues, alarming inflation, rapidly rising gas and home heating costs, escalating crime in our big cities, the Afghanistan debacle, the crisis at our soothers border, and most especially the dropping approval rating of our vegetable- in- chief.
-we need to force the vaccine on those who don’t want it.  We need mandates for government workers, large companies with government contracts-everyone. The only exception will be Congress, and those who rely on government relief for their food and income each month. And of course, the illegal immigrants we are transporting to various locations throughout the US under cover of darkness.

REPs:
- we strongly encourage EVERYONE to get vaccinated.  It is safe and effective
-we should NOT force people to get it, if it is as effective as we think it is, the vaccinated are protected
-we should absolutely research any drug or treatment that can reduce the severity of symptoms, like Regeneron for example, which helps those who did not and will not get vaccinated, stay out of the hospital in many cases.
- we should not be letting people flood across our borders who are not vaccinated and who have not been vetted for major criminal pasts, and who are now responsible for the largest volumes of synthetic fentanyl now crossing our borders-and in many states, the highest number of fentanyl OD deaths on record
-if you are going to allow these record number of border crossings please at least be transparent about where you are moving these people to so the individual states can properly assist in addressing the obvious human needs as well as risks.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Biden Has Never Been Honest About the 'Trump Vaccines' | RealClearPolitics
Biden Has Never Been Honest About the 'Trump Vaccines' | RealClearPolitics

That should come as no surprise. During the campaign, Biden did all he could to ensure that people would not trust what Democrats called the “Trump vaccines.” Biden openly expressed concern that a vaccine would be moved “quicker than the scientists think it should be moved” and that there was “enormous pressure” on the CDC and the FDA to approve it. Even left-leaning PolitiFact has acknowledged that Biden raised “doubts about Trump’s trustworthiness, his ability to roll out the vaccines safely and the risk of political influence over vaccine development.”

Perhaps Biden supporters believed him. The media often characterizes vaccine resisters as Trump supporters, but African Americans (87% of whom voted for Biden) and Hispanics (66% for Biden) are more likely to be unvaccinated than any other racial or ethnic groups, according to the CDC.

If your fiercely independent- never cared for, nor voted for, the last POTUS, don’t see anything appealing about EITHER party, but are not pleased with what is going on NOW, what label or tribe are you considered to be?

Silly things which are common sense:
-Like it seems reasonable to want everyone who wants to vote, to be able to do so EASILY, as long as they have been identified?
-want to welcome immigrants across our borders to fight for a better life, and recognize they can contribute greatly to our society and economy, but just want them checked out first to weed out those who clearly are bad based on past criminal behavior? And vaccinated, or hold them and vaccinated them?

You know, common sense stuff like that.
