The west has a pair of Taco Bell knock offs in Del Taco and Taco Time. All three stay in business even though there is an authentic Mexican restaurant on every other corner that puts Chipotle to shame.

So what is in Taco Bell's seasoned ground beef? Here's the full list of ingredients straight from the company's site:

Yeah, I don't know how Del Taco exists.
In addition to having ALL the legit Mexican restaurants, Phoenix has taco trucks in semi-permanent places all over, especially at night.

There was a Del Taco in one of the dorms at Indiana, near the football stadium, and one of my friends tried to plan his schedule around being near there at lunch, just to eat there every day.  I never got it.

I was thinking of going to see a HS game tonight.  Arizona State is actually playing Stanford, too.  
Meh, I have to work on Whoa Nellie orders.
30 team order, mostly late-80s WAC teams.  Very unique.  Lots to do.
