I got to go to the Braves game with a bid last night, first time I've seen a pro team win a championship (just a division one).  It was quite fun.  38,000 pretty raucous people present, loud for baseball games.

Wrecking ball for longtime Midtown eateries imminent as towers progress | Urbanize Atlanta

This is very close to us, the two restaurants were decent, had nice patios.  And there are a lot of large oak trees to be whooshed.  More condos.

I dislike the style of the buildings, too brown and dull for me.  Anyway, progress I guess.

Joe's was one of the first openly gay places around for a restaurant/bar, I've been there twice, they were very nice, not everyone was gay at all.  It's more imagery I think than reality.  Food is typical bar food, or was.

My city made the list at #48: https://money.com/collection/best-places-to-live-2021/

I assume they didn't include any places in Florida because they didn't want all 50 best places to live to be in Florida, which is what would have happened if they did it fairly...
Who writes these stupid lists lol? Some bumfk town in MINI-EH-SOOOOH-TUHHHHHH (throws up in mouth just hearing that accent) the #1 place to live in America? Yeah, ok, nice try and go fk yourself writer of this dumb article.

Boca or Delray best place to live in US imo. Maybe Palm Beach island if you can afford it- but who the hell can afford that these days except billionaires.

Austin is where you live if you don't want your kids to know that there is a world beyond Texas.

It's like a million miles to their nearest border, which is Mexico.

Does the rest of Texas even claim Austin as part of Texas? I thought they believed that Austin was just a bunch of hippie weirdoes and disavowed any connection with them...

Heck everybody knows Fredericksburg, Texas is the best place to live.

Kinda surprised you didnt know that.

Sorry, it's not in South Florida. It's therefore a shithole.
