I like the golf course in Flower Mound #4, my brother lives near there and Frisco.  He used to live in Round Rock

And of course such things heavily depend on your personal preferences.

Chanhassen, MN would not be my preference

There is a nice golf course there - and fresh water

but both are mostly frozen from November to April

My wife's mom & stepdad are in Texas right now looking at houses in Flower Mound. They want to get the hell out of Southern Oregon due to the constant fires--they say it's almost impossible to even go outside during the late summer months because of the smoke. They're also considering Arizona. 

BIL and his family are looking to do the same. If you recall, they were evacuated and the fires came VERY close to their house and farm last summer. They're not sure where in Texas they want to end up yet, but their house has already been listed...

Georgia reportedly schedules rare home-and-home series against ACC opponent (saturdaydownsouth.com)

Georgia and NC State have scheduled a home-and-home series for next decade. The Bulldogs will welcome the Wolfpack to Athens on Sept. 17, 2033, then the teams will play again in Raleigh on Sept. 16, 2034.

You're gonna have to be more specific here... It could be one of two things and the graphic doesn't show much:

  • If this something that is unique to Pennsylvania and *their* infrastructure bill calls out a vehicle miles driven tax, then it's PA's problem, not mine.
  • If this is something that's embedded in the national infrastructure bill saying that states are going to have to enact vehicle miles driven taxes, perhaps in exchange for federal dollars, that's something completely different. 

I think a lot of states right now are upset that with the increase in EVs and the fact that a lot of people stopped driving much during the pandemic, their gasoline excise tax revenues have been dropping. They want a new revenue stream.

I'm just not sure whether this is unique to PA or whether this is effectively forced or incentivized by the infrastructure bill going through Congress.
