I like the PING drivers, haven't had one but tested them.  I'm a Callaway guy.  I usually sell my old drivers for $100 to friends.  I buy used drivers for $200.
the driver will help a ton, but good luck getting to scratch
new fitted irons will also really help

I'm not ready to try single length.
For me the driver is an interim club, but for $100 I couldn't pass it up. I need to replace basically everything in my bag except putter, and I'm impatient. The idea of shelling out for a new set of irons and then turning around for a new driver a month later seemed painful. This'll be good enough to get me through 4-6 months, then I'll get a driver fitting and a new driver, and can probably sell this for >$100.

The single length irons are partly a product of my height. I'm currently playing +1.5", so my 8-iron is 5-iron length, and my 3-4-5 irons are basically as long as a lot of people's hybrids. Those longer irons are just not easy to hit. So an entire set at my 8-iron length (38") should simplify everything and allow me to hit the "long" irons much more consistently than I do today.

So you are saying critical race theory is not being taught anywhere?
I'm saying that you won't find it in the standards being taught.

No.  He is saying his usual radical bull.  Fake.

but thankfully it is being vehemently opposed now in a rapidly growing number of places. Common sense is making a comeback over racism and stupidity.

Remember Longhorn- this is the same “person” who clearly got woke when a thread started about the National Anthem.  🤮🤮
Was I woke about the national anthem or the childish bullshit preamble to it?  All of you are deplorable.

The anti-CRT stuff is pretty shamelessly just white people making sure no one says anything mean about white people in history class. That's all it is.

Just call it history if that is what it is, and teach history.  It doesn't need to be called "critical" or have the term race in it, nor should it contain the term "theory".

History without any theories, critiques, or race. Those would be some slim history books.

I'm talking about the term, not what history is.  Just teach history, if that is what this is.  No need for the polarizing terminology.

Teach history, done, no controversy at all ove some specific terminology.

damn right I'm deplorable... and that, y'all, is just a word... a title offered by those who claim 'woke' after being totally mesmerized by the thoughts and ideals of others- not their own.

this is one jacked up world. it doesn't seem to be getting better.  we discover more shit to separate us every second- when there is literally 1000's of things that bind us.

whatever... I'll be in the woodshop...

I just made these for a retiring NYPD Detective.... kinda a cool story:

My old and favorite Platoon Sgt ever has started making 'wavy flags'- the kind people use a grinder with bastard rasp attachment and cut by hand... they're 2x4's joined... they look freakin great... I sent him an EGA to inset, and DAMN his business has exploded!!!!

that is the point of shop210craftworks... to bring veteran crafters together and have a place to consolidate marketing efforts.
