Saying "black lives matter' means that this subest of all lives matters, too.  As in there is a danger that everyone doesn't value this subset.  Saying I like red M&M's doesn't mean I dislike green M&M's.  It means I was fearful that you though I didn't like red M&M's as much, and I'm setting the record straight.

saying Black Lives Matter infers that white people dont feel that way and it tends to incite confrontation

I for one am tired of being labeled racist just because Im white

Do you guys think it's weird that they televise radio shows?  They've been doing it for awhile now. 

I think it's weird that they televise most of the crap on TV.
They've been doing it since CATV produced more than 3 or 4 channels and 24 hour channels.
