my brother has a brisket ready to go.  I've requested beef ribs and beef cheeks.

and then there's the traditional stop at BoneDaddy's

We will also be hitting up a Salt Grass Steakhouse.

Plenty of Beef and Beer.  The golf is the exercise to burn calories.  Many strokes.

BBQ  beef cheeks are a real delicacy, so good.  Also so incredibly rich I can't eat too much in one sitting.

Never thought of that I suspect the damn butchers have been hoarding them for themselves because I never see them.I know I've tried walleye/pike/perch cheeks and they're all that

Hmmm. I may be eating Walleye and Perch for dinner tonight now that you mention it. Now I'm getting hungry.

No, I don't even fish. But I have friends and relatives that love too. That and I allow them to use my freezer as an overflow so they don't mind contributing to my indulgence. ;)
Me personally, I couldn't catch fish with a net a Cabela's. I am horrible at fishing. But I'm pretty good at eating them.
