Got a new chimney for the kamado, so I'm dialing it in right now to get to a nice 225 degrees or so and make sure it'll hold steady for a few hours before I throw three slabs of baby back ribs on there. Pair that with some mac & cheese and Brussels sprouts, and I think dinner's gonna be nice...

Isn't the kamado like the Green Egg?Because if it is I don't get it.Better draft?Back pressure? - I haven't mastered the art of Q and prolly won't either

I watch Oklahoma’s offense and it just makes me sad. What does a guy have to do to get an offense like that at Michigan?

DPJ, Black, Nico, and Chris Evans would thrive in an offense like this.

Hey, who knew if you spread it out in shotgun, use spacing, tempo, motion, all kinds of creative wrinkles and throw it to WIDE RECIEVERS instead of TE’s you can put up a lot of points! Who knew!

Well ya but Cindy only eats meat like 2-3 X a week.So hardly worth the time/effort for the little I'd be making.Plus outside of Briskett smoke flavor doesn't do much for me.But I am gonna start looking for a rotisserie.My mom made the best chicken and roast beef.I'd prolly take the chicken as my last meal

I don't have a Cindy so I need even less probably.  Stuff keeps good in the fridge or freezer
I'm not addicted to smoke, it's a nice change up from time to time.
I'd like yer Mom's chicken
I grill some chickens on beer cans.  VERY good
I should use my smoker more often, today would have been a good opportunity
stuck here all day by the first blizzard of the season
