Threw some steaks on the grill with baked potato and corn on the cob.

Leftover chicken and bacon quesadilla for breakfast this morning. Got some chicken quarters marinated in a Brazilian steakhouse type mixture going on the grill tonight.
I see you didn't fight your way to the top of the food chain to be a Vegetarian

a recliner and a Guinness is enough for me

not sure what D-3 might be, but if it's along the lines of calcium and fish oil, it's not needed

Looking at today's slate of games, the noon time slot sucks.

I am fine with Army-Wake, and this says something in me is quite broken.

Also weird, there are only 13 games before 3. That seems low?

No football for me this weekend. Arrived to Austin TX yesterday for the F1 Race. Qualifying at 4pm. Races noon tomorrow. Can’t remember the last time I took a weekend trip in the Fall that wasn’t centered around attending a football game.

It should only take 2 hours.

Well kudo's,well done but I hope you're not trying to give this congregation a guilt trip 🤣
I described running like this to someone.

First you start and it feels awful
Then you get better, it still feels awful but you're somehow addicted and do it too much
Then you get hurt

Now, beer and coffee taste, in an objective sense, awful. But we learn to be addicted to them. Frankly, they're much better habits than running.

If I tried to do that, my knees would explode. As it is I'm having shin splint issues going back to the gym just waking briskly on the treadmill.
I'm getting while the getting is good. I don't think I have the body structure to run into my 40s.
