My 66-year-old ass could probably make it by 6:00.

I'll be hanging with a Sooner fan called Gray Dawg from Amarillo

it's not in the plan at this time

first and foremost, I don't need to drive that far to see the Huskers take a beat down

2nd, my October is getting pretty busy.  Oct 1st and 2nd, 40th high school reunion, 8th and 9th the annual Sharkwater Tailgate

are you coming to drink sharkwater?
Probably not. Got stuff going on here in MSP.

Work travel is keeping me in Portland leading into to Labor Day weekend. Will time my departure with heading through Eugene to catch the Oregon Ducks home opener Vs Fresno State. Tickets cheaper than expected.

Welp, looks like Autzen Stadium will want to see more than just my ticket at the gates:

That's going to be the case at Memorial Stadium in Norman as well.

LSU joins the Vaccine Proof club as new cases and daily death counts surge across Louisiana:

The LSU fan reactions across the comments section from the article linked above are what you’d expect:

I guess this begs the question – will we see a lot of open seats due to *unusable* tickets this season?

The Big Ten Conference announced Monday afternoon that Nebraska's road game at Minnesota on Saturday, Oct. 16, will kick off at 11 AM (CT). The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.

Probably ends my chances of visiting the Gophers this season

Sharkwater tailgate party in Lincoln this Saturday.  And attending the Purdue and Ohio St. games in Lincoln on Oct 30th and Nov 6th respectively

I'll be at Kyle Field this weekend with some long time friends and my younger brother.  They haven't been before. My 3rd trip, the previous two were outstanding games.  Ja'mar Toombs dominated one and Biily Callahan probably had his best win in the other.. Not so sure this weekend's tilt w Bama will be that close.

Catching the White Sox and Stros on Friday.

Very fun place to catch a game. And you can get some solid eats the night before in Houston.

Kyle Field should be rocking.

For the first quarter anyway.

Every Gopher game save Wisconsin will probably be a morning game, because this conference is still the Big 2 and Little 12 and Michigan-Ohio State must be protected at all costs.

But, Michigan-Ohio State is always played in the first timeslot, noon eastern/11 AM central.

I get it that their local time makes it a noon game and not a morning game, but it's not the conference's fault that the earliest slot is 11 AM central. It's the network partners that determine that.
