Say, here's the draft order:
1. Fearless
2. OAM
3. Cincy
4. 847...and so on.
.
So Fearless picks Dave Rimington, because he values the OL most and envisions fumblerooskies and what-not. So he posts his pick, then I know it's my turn. I post my pick of whoever (say, Charles Woodson). Then Cincy is 'on the clock' - but there's no clock, it's just his turn.
.
After the first round, when it's back to my pick, I'd post my 2nd round choice and who I took in the 1st. And so on.
Over time, your roster starts to build and fill out and say around Round 10, I notice I need another CB, because I still only have Woodson.
Or I picked an option QB early, so I'm needing a good FB, I'd go that route. Or I want a 4th WR because I'm running a spread. Your team may morph into something you didn't intend, depending on other people's picks.
