These are exactly the types of games Gundy's teams like to blow. And who in the OK State athletic department woke up this week thinking: "Let's go to Dallas dressed like Clemson!" Awful uniforms.

I was thinking the same thing - I thought we didnt have to watch Clemson today....thanks to OKST, I was wrong.

Gee, these G5 teams with good records vs high school teams would totally beat the P5 teams with middling records against a big-boy schedule.

Why has context disappeared?  You're embarrassing yourselves.

It goes out the window when someone pretends to not know the difference between college and high school teams.

(Football is fun. Longshot teams winning games and doing cool stuff is also fun. It's OK to have fun around this sport instead of slobbering at the alter of SOS. Or if you want to do that, feel free to gas up some 8-4 teams that are better than their record becuase of a brutal schedule. But if the approach is to only look at things that are cool/enjoyable and declare it garbage, the context is that it's boring and uninteresting)

On the one hand, I kinda think Gundy takes too much crap considering the overall accomplishments of his program. And I think Baylor did a lot of gross things.

On the other, I like Aranda and Grimes, and a Baylor win means Cincy gets to break playoff ground, so that'll be fun. I guess I'll see something kinda cool happen either way. Still, an upset would be more fun, but a comeback would also be.

Baylor throwing a monkey wrench in the playoff scenario. Does this mean Bama is in- even if they lose? You had one job OkieSt. One job.

Where does Marcus Freeman appear in the pantheon of ND coaches if he wins a national championship in his first two games?

He becomes South Bend's Steve Fisher or Ken Dryden (Dryden was a player, but whatever)
