They can have Napier...
why don't you guys do the rest of the B1G a favor and poach Cignetti from IU. please and thanks. conference is hard enough now with Washington, Oregon, and USC in it now. need IU to go back to being the doormat/punching bag patsy they were.

Fickell and Napier. Give 'em a 2fer.
hearing from the internets rumor mill that Fickell is likely to keep his job through 2025 regardless of outcome of season and into next year. guess they don't want to pay his buyout. beats the hell out of me.

The people in charge are f'ing stupid. I guess they would rather lose the fanbase (and future revenue) to keep this clown.

Revenue from season tickets is about $22M per year. That number does not include the mandatory donations required to secure the "privilege" of buying said season tickets.

Do ya think anyone is in the mood to do that right now?

They are biting their noses to spite their faces.

I endorse this idea. I'd begrudgingly accept losing to Wisconsin for another 20 years if it meant that we could piss in IU's Cheerios. Seeing IU be good is... unpleasant.

We’ll see. 2-2 is a lot different than 3-9 or 2-10. And we’ll see how competitive they are in the losses that will be racking up. My sense from the first four games is that they will be on the receiving end of some historic beat downs.
it’s easy for McIntosh to have some bluster now; how will it look at the end of October?
