I'm amazed none of those teams in the mid-late 90s with their NASA moonshot bats ever scored that many runs in Omaha.

It would be super cool to have at least 2 NCs in each of the big 3 sports.

That would sort of set Florida apart from UM and OSU.

LSU returning last night’s favor.

Crazy last 2 games.

Congrats to both teams on great seasons.

Yeah, I guess LSU just prayed harder.  Congrats.

Baton Rouge lawyer buys 8,888 Jell-O shots ahead of championship game

https://www.ketv.com/article/baton-rouge-lawyer-jell-o-shots-college-world-series/44347616?utm_campaign=snd-autopilot&fbclid=IwAR0ysAgsqs8GDsVSyJr5fvI_gbOUXgGJSJt95DzhrAfXDys6Qe8i0ACRn6w

Todd Graves bought 6,000 Jell-O shots to secure their lead, but now, a Baton Rouge lawyer just made a donation that would seal LSU's spot in the Rocco's Pizza history books.

The challenge raises money for charity.

Gordon McKernan purchased 8,888 Jell-O shots ahead of the last game Monday night against Florida.

McKernan's choice of 8,888 is significant because the most important player on the team is given the No. 8 jersey and is considered a lucky number in LSU baseball.

This year, Gavin Dugas wears the No. 8 jersey.

SEC already gets tons of regionals.  Only going to get more pronounced when Texas joins.
