Went with Moody. Ruggles didn't even attempt a 50-yarder this year.

This on ruggles
Throughout his debut season with the Buckeyes, Ruggles had been reliable. A graduate transfer from North Carolina, he missed only one of his field-goal tries and was perfect on extra points, enough to be named a finalist for the Lou Groza Award as the nation’s top kicker.

This on Moody: Consensus All-American and Lou Groza Award winner.

Further supporting evidence: Like Ruggles, Moody was perfect on PAT's. He missed two field goals on the year, both from 40+ compared to Ruggles single 30+ miss. And as previously noted, he went 1-1 on 50+.
