Sounds like a great breakfast.

Eggs are fine, as an ingredient.

Like in a Greek Omelet, with gyro meat, feta, onion and tomato, with tzatziki sauce and home potatoes on the side.
Been getting eggs fresh from the farm, doing 3 sunny side up then mopping it up with sourdough bread from local artisan bakery.I buy the day old stuff and into the freezer it goes and toasts up wonderfully

My BIL is visiting from out of town, in a few we're headed to meet him for breakfast at a restaurant where I'll probably get the the crab cake benedict or a shrimp and crawfish omelette.

Had some chicken and sourdough toast, with a lil salad. Granted, it was after a run.

Yep. Same for me. And it's now 12:11 PM, so it's just about time for lunch.
