The first half should generally be enough time to put away a team that is in the bottom quarter of FBS teams.  Maybe Arkansas State is a little better than that, but usually Ohio State is up 35-0 or more against teams like that by halftime.  They were up 13-6 over Tulsa last year, which was clearly disappointing.  They were up 38-7 vs. Akron last year, which I think is more along the lines of expected results.

Tulsa turned out to be a little better than thought last year, so maybe Arkansas State is the same.  It may be the year of the Sun Belt afterall.

I consider 15 points at halftime to still be in doubt.  I know the Buckeyes came back from 21-7 at halftime vs. Wisconsin a few years ago.
And I'm still pissed. F Ryan Day and his fake punt. Bitch.

You ranked Rutgers both 7th and 12th and didn't rank Indiana.  Should I assume you meant Rutgers 7th and Indiana 12th?
Yes. From an Iowan's perspective, I think Iowa could beat Indiana, and not Rutgers.
