That said, I've seen the big games against (B1G only) helmets at night in Camp Randall. Helmets don't like night games in Camp Randall for a reason. It's hard.
dern you and the Badgers!  ;)

Michigan rising star CB LaVert Hill out for the game. It's officially official according to the internets boards that is. That's a pretty big blow because- he's really good and has the potential to be an NFL draft pick at CB.

Pro Football Focus just posted this graphic on their twitters about CB's who give up the lowest passer ratings when targeted. Michigan has two CB's in there top 5 in LaVert Hill (true soph.) and David Long (RS Frosh). Both of these guys had the recruiting hype/profile in 2016 that made you think they might be pretty good. Certain positions I think the rankings are next to worthless (see offensive line) other positions- I think they can be pretty good indicators- like CB. A lot of these CB's get their rankings by going to the camps/combines posting great workout times or locking receivers down in man coverage in 7on7's. Probably the one position where the rankings translate best IMO.

Losing Hill is a blow against a good game TJ Barrett might have next week, but not against a run-first Wisconsin who I think the LBs will play a more important role in dictating Hornibrook's passing.

But time to throw down my prediction:

Tomorrow's Michigan defense, the best the Badgers have seen in the Chryst era, plays lights out, commits to stop the run, and causes turnovers in the process. The one touchdown of the game results from a forced fumble deep in the Wisconsin red zone.

16-9 Michigan over Wisconsin.

Here's hoping Badge's theory about how teams perform the week after playing Wisconsin holds true.

that sniveling little douche nozzle no-nothing blowhard f**tard Colin Cowherd picks Michigan over Wisconsin. Congrats Wisconsin. Already thought you'd win before I heard this terrible news, but this seals it.

Very good win for Big Red. Tough, tough game. Both teams are gonna be sore tomorrow and maybe until Thursday.

I hope Peters is OK. Sounds like they are looking at him at UW Hospital now, so he's in a good place at least.

everybody likes the 6 FG pick!
I was thinking more 2 touchdowns, a FG and a safety for UW.

Honibrook and Wisconsin took it up a notch late in the 3rd. Michigan did not. Wisconsin is a scary team when Honibrook is dropping dimes. When he's bad- he's bad. When he's good- he's pretty darn good. He was up and down that game- key for him is consistency and ball security and that Wisconsin team is a legit playoff contender because that RB is damn good and that defense is tough, physical, and smart. Congrats to Wisconsin.

Braylon Edwards being a dick on twitter....about O'Korn....

it's one thing for an anonymous fan on the internets to post something like that on twitter or a message board- but as a former all-time great player- to get on social media and trash a current player? Wow. Still see that douche hasn't grown up.

sounds like Peters had a head injury. Shoulder is ok. Thought for sure that left collarbone he landed on was broken. That would've been really bad because it would've meant he'd miss bowl practices and it could've potentially maybe even affected him in spring practices, and those series of practices are going to be huge for his development going into his sophomore year.

Never know with head/concussion injuries- Peters could play next week against Ohio State if he clears concussion protocol. I don't think I risk it though and push him back. Not with that lack of pass protection. Put O'Korn on a tight leash and if he starts to really blow chunks and turn it over in droves give Malzone a shot.

Makes zero sense to rush Peters back or burn McCaffrey's redshirt- that Offensive line is offensive in pass protection and could get one of those two hurt. It's not just the line though, it's the RB's and TE's as well. They don't know who the F to identify to block and mix shit up and miss assignments so much it's frightening. I have never seen an offensive line let another team have so many free rushers and blow so many passing assignments. That to me screams coaching. These guys are not on the same page and being coached very well in pass protection.
