Fickel's D has forced the Terps to kick it 5 times; 3 punts and 2FG, one of which was from 49.

The O isn't giving them much help. Nor the kicker.

I thought Fickell was a good choice at the time, and I’ve continued to withhold judgment. No more. Fail.
That’s where I am. He has proven he can coach in a big-time way so I was expecting a lot more.

But it’s very surprising to see Wisc. looking this unprepared.  A big clue is special teams.

We all did. He turned down ND, SC and who knows more. It's an abstract failure on every level.

I now can only wish he was at ND.

The Badgers are as lifeless as a team could be. The Lines should be holding up better, yet Maryland is holding leverage. Wisconsin's skill positions are one-dimensional, if that. And it's not like Wisconsin is down (at home) by twenty points to a good team. Maryland is barely decent with lots of dropped passes and drive-killing mistakes. Yeesh - after three seasons the empty roster Paul Chryst left for Fickell is somehow worse!

Take a discount on the buyout and resign with some dignity left. Just get the F out of Madison and take Tressel with.

No more Buckeye rejects wanted.
Didn't want Andersen with a 0.731 winning %
Didn't want Chryst witha 0.720 winning %
Didn't want Leonhard a Wisconscin guy
Maybe the brand is just slipping since BA & BB left

Should have kept Leonhard IMHO

The Bulls are really taking it to the Cocks.

The brand is fine. The head coach sucks.

Andersen was a bad fit. Chryst failed to adapt with the times (and went a whole year without a recruiting department). JT23 covered a lot of warts from 2017-2019.

Leonhard didn't like to recruit. He's where he belongs - in the NFL.

Anderson left; he wasn’t forced out. Chryst: what Badge said. I was surprised at the firing at the time, but McIntosh made the decision. He’s stuck with the outcome, which is NOT GOOD.

Wow.  Just turned the TV on.  Time to bring Alvarez out of retirement and for Wisconsin football to return.
A decade of Victory over Penn State.

All in since 1969

Down 17 in the 3rd quarter, on 3rd and 7. QB takes a knee.

Insiders all believed Chryst stopped recruiting, particularly after Covid. I certainly don’t have any reason to say otherwise.

Literally every time they have started to get going they have shot themselves in the foot. The talent is mostly there (except for on the o-line), but this team is bad.
