Fun ending in Denver last night.

In Indianapolis, why is Stroud actively getting worse?

When the Ravens hit that walk-off FG against Dallas, Mrs. DeT got up and walked out the door without saying a word.  I hoped she was going to walk the dog, the alternative being, I figured, it broke her brain and she left me and now I'm single.

Not that I care much- but I feel like the Rams got robbed.   The interception that effectively ended the game was overturned by a PI call that was pretty clearly offensive PI.

My i s c & a aggie wife and I were watching a movie with the boy and his girlfriend, one of those rare times when he wants to hang out with his folks, so I missed the Cowboys game.  I probably would have reacted the same.

- 10 times sacked (most in the NFL)

Stroud is actually playing well.
ya having to look around to save your life rather than for open receivers nearly every damn snap might have something to do with it. After awhile of that I'd imagine flinching and/or recoiling would be a learned response. What those stats don't show was how many X he didn't get sacked but was pressured or flushed and winging it to keep from taking a loss

Agree.  There were a couple of calls at the end that felt like they fell somewhere on the spectrum between home cooking and incompetence.

It just shouldn't have happened in the first place.  I thought for sure it'd be OT, but the Cowboy defense is has problems at the moment.  Then the Ravens potentially got a Michigan one-second redo.  I wasn't fully convinced on the replays we got that there was a second left when they called time out, allowing them to attempt the long FG.

But, probably the larger issue was why the Cowboys were stuck in neutral offensively for most of the game.  They've got enough firepower to have mitigated the defensive problems in that game.

So the answer is the rest of the Texans suck.

Absolutely.  That WR truly should get an Oscar for that faking PI, when he was the one that actually grabbed--even so, the DB still caught that ball and got his knee down.

I'm sorry, but if Mahomes and the Chiefs had gotten a benefit like that...

Well, you know.

Wow, that seems a good deal for a 3rd stringer.

Are there Browns or Jets former execs working for the Giants?
