It isn't about cleaning house. It's about him. He is in charge. He needs to set the standard. He needs to set the tone. He needs to give them an identity. All that other stuff is excuses. You, Luke Fickell, have sucked in the three years you have been there. I guess you get another to try to improve. You better freaking well do it because you have been dragging a proud program through the sewer. But I guess there's no or else because the freaking contract is more than Wisconsin wants to spend to be rid of you, which is a tragedy for the fans, and a tragedy for the school, and a tragedy for the businesses that have all been able to rely on a strong football program to make Madison what it is.
But I'm not at all frustrated by all of this. /sarcasm
