The No. 1 Nebraska volleyball (4-0) capped off its weekend in Nashville, taking on No. 7 Kentucky (1-1) in the Sprouts Broadway Block Party. The Huskers pulled off their first reverse sweep since Nov. 3, 2023, against Penn State, battling back to defeat the Wildcats (24-26, 20-25, 25-19, 25-23, 15-8).
Defense ruled the match, with Nebraska hitting .221 in the match compared to the Wildcats’ .168.
Harper Murray led the Huskers with a career-high 23 kills on a .340 hitting percentage. Kentucky’s outside hitter duo of Brooklyn DeLeye and Eva Hudson caused problems for Nebraska all match, finishing with 23 and 19 kills, respectively.
