Michigan apparently picked up a few commits in the past month. Haven't paid much attention to 'crootin since they lost Bryce Underwood to LSU. Kind of insane that Michigan can win 3 straight B1G titles, 3 straight playoffs, win a Natty and own Ohio State in the process and they didn't land one of the 3 five star QB's in their own backyard in that time span- one of which happens to have been the grandson of one of Michigan's all-time great coaches. Blows my mind actually.

Bryce Underwood is the best prospect the state of Michigan has produced since like Tyrone Wheatley or Charles Rogers or Drew Henson and nada.
You are going to like the QB commit UM has. Trust me. The kid is for real.

Florida produces insane amounts of talent. Except for QB. Seems like the one position they sort of lack.

Going to sting losing Bryce Underwood from the backyard. Unless this kid from Florida is the real deal of course. Then it won't sting too much. I hope you are right and that he's the real deal.

actually, you are probably right now that I think about it.

chances Underwood transfers away from LSU if he doesn't start year 1 are high imo. Kelly also will probably wind up getting fired when it's all said and done.

Sounds like MSU got a verbal from this guy today.  Imagine telling my dad at my age that MSU won a Big Ten recruiting battle

Offers: MSU, Washington, USC, Kansas, Arizona, Arizona State, Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, and Utah

OFFICIAL: Huskers flip 4 ⭐️ WR Isaiah Mozee from Oregon.

NU hired Isaiah’s father (Jamar) this summer from UCF as an assistant on Coach Rhule’s staff.

Tennessee has a top 5 ranked class now after they just land a commitment from the #1 OT and #2 player overall in the 2025 class in 5* David Sanders (6'6, 290) out of North Carolina. This is a few days after landing the commitment of the #1 QB and #1 player overall in the 2026 class in 5* Faizon Brandon.

I have no clue how they are doing it other than to say they must have a CRACK NIL program.

yeah, f coaching college football. this sh*t is a joke. someone want to tell me how a 6'5, 260 pound HS OL who hasn't played a down of college football yet and might wind up sucking is worth $800k per year? Georgia Tech is absolutely desperate and looks pathetic. he ain't worth that, no HS OL is. only shot in hell I'd ever offer a HS recruit that kind of money is if it's a QB....and he'd have to be an insane level prospect.

Was clicking through commitment lists and checking Clemson’s, noticed their top 4 commitments are all defensive lineman, all ranked Top 100 players nationally – 64th, 55th, 37th, & 35th.

Their top 6 commitments are all defensive players, rounded out with defensive backs – a CB 71st nationally & a S 87th nationally.

Then there’s a few offensive players but most of the class is heavy on defense, which seems to be the direction Clemson has gone for quite some time. Defense, defense, defense.

Post-Trevor Lawrence, Tiger offenses have gone stale and simplistic, and if what comprises their recruiting classes is any indication, Clemson has failed to self-correct. Last year’s 50nd ranked offense (total) to go along with its 8th ranked Defense (total) looks like the best of what’s coming for Clemson going forward.

apparently there is smoke to the Michigan recruitment of 5* QB #1 overall player Bryce Underwood. Didn’t believe Sam Webb and still don’t- but Steve Witflong formerly of 247 and now the top guy at On3 is saying it’s real. Rumors are Michigan NIL collective putting together a $5 million package to keep Underwood home. Portnoy reportedly isn’t involved yet. Slap in your $3 MIL Davey and pump that number up to $8 mil.

If we are getting into the $8 Million level to buy top HS players, I'm out.

I'll watch the Bears again. F it.

A curious thing about NIL is that it's actually advantageous to let your competitors believe you're spending MUCH more than you actually are.
