Why does Nebraska run this defensive scheme?  Front 7 is basically a prevent.
the defense is horrible, no doubt
but... have you ever seen so many crazy amazing catches by receivers?

I know it’s Hawaii, but what a difference already. The arm alone is night and day different.
Caveats need not apply. Cade played a tomato can last week too and was absolutely god awful.

It’s not just his arm. It’s his everything. He’s WAY better than Cade. It’s not even remotely close. Anybody with a set of fkn eyeballs can see that. JJ talent leaps off the screen. He’s got #1 overall ability.

Ronnie Bell dropping passes and fumbling….which is not like Ronnie Bell. I think he’s either pressing and trying too hard or thinking too much and not trusting his recovery or still rusty. He hasn’t looked like his old self two weeks in a row now. Has me worried.

Then he throws an absolute LASER in between two defenders to Ronnie Bell for a TD.

His arm is something special.

It’s been a long time since we’ve watched an arm like this. A very long time. He’s still a kid and going to make mistakes but this will be a fun run.

JJ McCarthy passes to Donovan Edwards going to be a lot of fun this year. WHAT a mismatch Edwards is in the passing game.

JJ McCarthy = 9 for 10 passing (the lone incomplete was a drop that hit Ronnie Bell in two hands), 206 passing yards, 2 TD, and 1 rush for 18 yards. In about 10 mins and 45 seconds of possession with 7:30 to go in the 1st half of the game.

Yeah….Cade is finished.

McNamara comes in…Hawaii actually looks like they have a defense makes Michigan go 3 and out….lmao. McNamara is not good. Period. He’s average. At best.
