Former Michigan State standout Malik McDowell signed with the Cleveland Browns on Monday

After an 11 month stint in the slammer for assaulting a police officer.Hopefully he can redirect his efforts/energies at the opponent and makes the most of his 2nd chance

I figured he'd be dead before back in the NFL.

Rodgers to Denver would be very interesting. Broncos would become a real contender overnight. Especially if Von Miller is back to 100%.

Not a believer in Trey Lance. At all. 49ers should've tried to deal with the Packers for Rodgers before the draft. That would've been something to see. With Shannahan dialing up that offense- Rodgers would've probably won MVP again.

The rumor is that the Packers don't want Rodgers to remain in the NFC, so that is one of the reasons any option with SF was a no-go...

You have to take the best offer. He is a dickhole, But I think he's the most physically talented quarterback pre Mahomes, in NFL history. And that resulted in one Super Bowl appearance? Let's not act like the Packers without him are going to compete for one

from Viking's camp, Coach Zimmer

May be a Twitter screenshot of text that says 'Chris Tomasson @christomasson Zimmer 5: "(Unvaccinated players) won't be able to go home for bye week. They'll have to come back here and test every day. When we go on the road, they won't be able to go out to dinner with anybody. DPJ getting all kinds of buzz right now in NFL media circles as being the best player all training camp for the Browns. Kid is a stud freak athlete. Won’t surprise me at all to see him become a legit star in the NFL with real coaching and a real QB.

How many other players had their careers and development stifled under Harbaugh at Michigan? Zach Charbonnet was wise to gtfo- he’s got legit NFL talent- and Xavier Worthy was even wiser to back out of his NLI and transfer to Texas.

Hopefully it spills over into the year.He brings size and speed and they appear to be building a stable. Be nice if OBJ brings it and to see what Malik McDowell can do .Maybe Garret and Clowney rub off on him

The hype on DPJ this off-season has been loud. I think he’s going to be a breakout player and supplant Landry as their #2 guy. He just brings way more speed and big play ability.

Anything they get out of McDowell is just gravy. And if they get some solid production out of McDowell & OBJ bounces back and becomes the best WR in the league like he’s capable of being- Browns could make a legit run at the Super Bowl. That team is stacked.
