Not as justly upset as NC State fans who traveled some 3,000 more miles than I did to attend the Holiday Bowl, or the organizers who worked pretty hard to get Petco Park ready, but it does feel like some BS that the game gets cancelled hours before kickoff. For lack of a better way to say it, programs are inviting their own bow-outs by testing their entire rosters so close to the games.

Emerging story is UCLA had no backups at DT who tested negative.

I guess. Idk.  I grew up watching overlapping bowl games.  That was part of the fun. Channel flipping from one game to the other.

I swear, fucking football in the 21st century.  If a WR goes over the middle and you hit him high it’s a penalty. Taking out his legs is fine.  But if a blocker is coming at you and you go low it’s a penalty.  You have to take him on up high.

ESPN owns all of them.  They aren't going to pay that much money to divide their audience

Even more so when it falls on a Saturday.  Most people can stay up late without having to worry about going to work the next day.
