We put in a little fire pit last year. I’ve gotten a ton enjoyment out of it. I love poking at a fire and drinking a beer on a summer night.

@Kris60 man, that looks fantastic. i got one very similar, except more round. we went to a local gas tank builder and go one of the scrap/damaged ends, shaped like a bowl, and set inside it. drilled out a 1" hole in center for drainage. helps in cleaning out ashes when it gets too full.
