Here is an example of sort of what I mean, where there doesn't appear to be a work around with the formatting, where you don't really want to use bullets

i'm back in service @ELA .. and will be trying to address these things.  thanks for pointing them out for me- i have a feeling there are a lot of other bugs too that'll need finding and addressing.
