It’s not the OC it’s the HC ...... he thinks it’s 1997 and you can win playing good defense and do just enough on offensive. Those days are long gone

Fire him!!!
That solves everything!!! 
Maybe we can hire a coach on a game to game contract so we could fire him in the press conference after his first loss.
