Saw an interesting stat about our Vols…

…this was our eighth game of the season. And only Alabama’s Jalen Milroe is the only starting quarterback to finish the whole game. We have a punishing defense.

Interesting stat and if I recall, non of those injuries were flagged. All clean , agreesive hits.
On the downside....all of the replacements seemed to play better than the #1 QB

I know people harp on that, but it’s to be expected. You haven’t prepared for the new guy. And every quarterback plays differently and changes the play of their team. So it usually takes a quarter or two to adjust to the new style of play.

The fans need to be patient with Nico.  He's only a redshirt freshman, even though he's played better than that at times.  Last night we missed 3 FGs and had a bunch of dropped passes.  Our offensive tackles are not exactly playing championship ball.   Nico will come along.  After all, Hendon Hooker didn't gel into a great QB until his 4th year.

I have no idea what happend to our reliable FG kicker but my biggest concerns are self inflicted errors......penalties,dropped balls, starting the game out really flat, etc.
 I keep thinking it will eventually all come together.

Has anyone scored 20+ on us yet? ... that, yall, is pretty astounding in this day and age if still true. 

The O is out of synce- not horrendously, but enough that things are a lot more difficult than they should be. Nico is a youngun, still, but he's picked up a habit since arriving and it came from milton: he statues and stares... moving is taught if just shuffling your feet because it is connected to another mechanism which is scanning.. its hard to stare when your moving.  I wish they'd tweak that about him...

No...before yesterday there were three schools that haf not allowed 20 pts and Vols were one 
Dont know who the other 2 were
