I want young back and healthy.  Instead of angling for ways to win I'd rather see both teams healthy and the only advantage being the venue.

It will be competitive early, I'm thinking.  And for that I'm happy.  It's been a long long time since these teams have met when both are at the top of their game- which UT isn't, just yet, because of depth... but should still compete.  They're close.

Seriously- how long has it been since these guys were both at the top of their game?  Mid 90s?

A while.  Bama is vulnerable this year (so is UGA).  I expect it will be close even after the half.  A Vol win would not shock me, I lean to favoring Bama in part due to depth, and defense.  They likely will get a few stops because of sacks and dropped passes etc.

2015 was a top 10 matchup and both teams finished ranked. before that goes back all the way to 1999 for a top 10 matchup, and both finished top 10 that year. unfortunate we've had back to back down periods for each team.

UT yeah!
