We had a healthy QB room a month ago. Young, talented, etc.
.
But our starter is leaving for the NFL, despite being unable to hit a simple slant route.
Our backup who played well in games is a perv and gone.
.
As long as Mertz limits turnovers, fine. But he isn't going to get the fans frothing at the mouth.
