Vols @ Gators

UT got that early turnover, and when they did, the announcer says 'they need to get a TD off it, not a FG' and in my mind, I'm like....ehhhhh neither is a given here.  UT throws a pick.  Jennings is supposed to be their main dude and just drops it.

Looking at demeanor, UT looks like they showed up to get their loss and move on.  Maybe not, but we'll see.

UT needs some new music, man.  I love the Gladiator soundtrack as much as anyone, but that came out 19 years ago.

They can't even complete a pass vs a busted coverage......

....and they'll throw the ball right to you for an INT, lol.

Trask is better at the passing game than Franks was.  Franks has a bigger arm and can run better, but as for the normal, usual 5-15 yard passes, Franks was retarded at it and Trask throws them how they should look - routine.

Woo-hoo!  7 turnovers!  Ugly football!

Trask is playing like we're 50 points ahead, not 21.  Although, with UT's offense, it might as well be 50.

annnnnnnd we drop a deep bomb.  FFS

terribly ugly game.  UF had zero respect for the Vols- taking 4th down shots and getting them.... running same basic across the center pass that went unopposed until late (and a lucky pick).  why Pruitt played and continues to play JG is beyond me.  that kid is in WAY over his head.

and i really don't see any improvement with UT at all.

the D looked decent, but it's easy to forget that is one of the worse UF O's fielded in a long time.

Well, I'd be more specific and say one of the worst OLs, in terms of run-blocking.  Auburn's DL is going to eat us for lunch.

Coaching is teaching and you can't teach what you don't know.

Does anyone remember a DC named Sunseri from Alabama who was supposed to be great but was nothing but a bust?

So why the hell we anyone in their right mind hire another one from the same place?

We need to clean house at UT from the Board of Trustees all the way down to the water boy and ban the Haslam family forever with anything concerning UT.

Why would anyone hire an assistant coach from Alabama?  Hmmmm.

Georgia seems to like their former Bama DC just fine....

...but then again, he wasn't their 17th choice.

I have some minor quibbles with Smart at times, arguable quibbles.  He certainly can recruit.  Obviously, it's "normal" for the assistants in a highly successful program to go on to be HCs somewhere.  There is a lot of turnover at places like Alabama and Ohio State etc.  Part of it is the notion these guys learned from the best.

Kirby Smart is a Bull Dog coaching his alma mater, Jeremy Pruitt is BAMA guy from birth.

Don't think you will ever see Pruitt as HC of BAMA.
