Going back to the 2010 draft, the LSU vs. Alabama game has produced 113 picks, the most of any yearly rivalry, including 30 first round picks.  

LSU also makes up half of the second place game in that span, LSU vs. Florida, with 102 players selected.  

Florida vs. Florida State has produced 95 picks

Florida State vs. Clemson = 90 players

Florida vs. Georgia = 89

Ohio State vs. Michigan = 87

USC vs. Notre Dame = 74
