Mine, mine, mine.  Dictator OAM gets to make all the picks!!!
QB (3)
Tim Tebow
Danny Wuerffel
Rex Grossman.......maybe Spurrier or Matthews
.
RB (4)
Emmitt Smith
Errict Rhett
Fred Taylor
Neal Anderson.......pretty easy
.
WR/TE (6)
Carlos Alvarez
Percy Harvin
Wes Chandler
Jabar Gaffney
Ike Hilliard
Jack Jackson...............impossible - literally 15 different guys could go here
.
Pass-Rushers (2-5, depending on how many sacks they had)
Alex Brown DE
Jack Youngblood DE
Alonzo Johnson LB
Huey Richardson DE
Wilbur Marshall LB
.
Interceptions:
Will White S
Fred Weary CB
Keiwan Ratliff CB
Louis Oliver S
Steve Tannen S......we've had a lot of great DBs with limited INTs not listed here
.
Kicker/Punter/KR/PR:
K Eddy Pineiro
P Johnny Townsend
KR Andre Dubose
PR Brandon James......or Jacquez Green
.
For the Gators, WR is easily the toughest selections.  UF has had 15 guys with 2,000+ yards and around 20 career TDs - they basically took turns having that career from the early 90s until the early 2000s.

As I said in the B1G thread of this, I think I'm going to do all-time teams by decade.  Here's 90s Florida:

Notes:
Yes, Florida 'only' passed the ball 53% of the time from 1990-1999.
Yes, Florida averaged 45 points per game for the entire decade.
The Gator's all-time leading rusher, Errict Rhett, had the 2nd-most receptions of any player in the 90s.
There's no TE, because Spurrier didn't throw to the TE...although he almost always had one.

Yes, I'm going to take the time to get the averaged defensive stats.

Florida 2010s.....this is probably the weakest decade of my lifetime for the Gators:
QB:  Trask and Franks, I guess.    Brantley.
RB:  Perine, Gillislee....Kelvin Taylor and Scarlett........Demps & Rainey had their best years in the 2000s.  And actually, if I'm not making use of Franks' rushing here, then I'd rather have Brantley at QB.  Neither was very good.
WR/TE:  Toney, Grimes, Antonio Calloway, Damarcus Robinson, Brandon Powell in the slot, and of course, Pitts at TE.  Definitely the strongest position group on this team so far (the defense will be salty - the one thing Muschamp did right).
Sacks:  lots to choose from here - Floyd, Fowler, Easley, Polite, Jefferson, or Bullard .....only Polite had 10+ sacks in a season, though.
INTs:  Matt Elam, Hargreaves, Tabor, Neal, Henderson, among others.
