1.  UGA 11-1
2.  Florida 9-3
3.  Missouri 8-4
4.  Tennessee 7-5
5.  South Carolina 6-6
6.  Kentucky 5-7
7.  Vandy 4-8

Tennessee has 4 OOC wins almost in the bag if they field a decent team at all.  UGA seems to have at least one bad game a year.  The Gators have a new OL, not a great place to start.

Tennessee might go 4-0 OOC and upset MSU in Knoxville and beat UK/USCe/Vandy and get to 8-4.

Where might Florida lose 3 games?  Miami?  Probably not.  At UK?  Probably not?  The Vols?  Nope.

Auburn?  Maybe.  At LSU? Very possible.  At USCe?  Maybe, if they get some injuries that hurt.  UGA?  Obviously possible.

At Missouri?  Maybe.

Three maybes and two possibles.

Georgia also could lose 3 games of course, one nonconference (ND).  You'd have to think Florida for sure and A&M as a possible, maybe at Tennessee if they lay eggs there, Missouri? if they are better than expected, at Auburn stands out as well.

With their OL and RB stable, it's a bit hard to see how they don't bulldoze lesser teams, but they have had a penchant for at least one ugly game each year.

ESPN has them all ranked the same.

Edit: Appears they were first, so I have them ranked the same as ESPN.

Wow, read this sentence.....
Over the past two seasons, Tennessee is 2-14 in SEC play

Yeah, hard to believe with them winding up every year with UK and Vandy. Primarily because of that they had never lost more than 7 games in a season prior to 2017. Never. Ever. Incredible.

Second year coaches often show marked improvement.  I expect Tennessee to get to 7-5, give or take, this year.  That would mean 3-5 in conference and 4-0 OOC (where they play no P5 teams at all).  The might even get to 8-4, I could see a distant shot at 9-3, about the same odds as their ending 4-8.

Vandy and UK look "down" to me, Vandy a bit and UK quite a bit.  Nothing new there.

5 reasons why Missouri could win the SEC East in 2019
"A significant dark cloud hanging over the 2019 season currently is an NCAA sanctioned postseason ban that would render Missouri ineligible to play in the SEC Championship or a bowl game. That sanction is currently under appeal by the school and could be lifted in time for the season to begin.

Should Missouri be allowed to participate in postseason play in 2019, they have to be considered a major factor in the SEC East. The media voted Missouri third in the division behind Georgia and Florida, however, the very real possibility exists that the Tigers could win it outright."

Click bait.  Of course there is a possibility, duh.  A likelihood?  Nope.

There are a lot of people out there who must reeeeally believe in Kelly Bryant for Mizzou.  I'm sure he'll be fine, but there's a reason Clemson replaced him, you know?

Yeah, he could still be superb and not as good as his replacement.  Or not, we'll find out.  I don't think Mizzou has the athletes to compete with UGA and UF week in and week out, but they COULD beat one of them.  They could be 8-0 going into Athens, if they are just pretty good.

UGA SHOULD blow them out, but might not.

Bryant is like Hurts in that he can't go 28-0 but with Clemson he could go 26-2. He was replaced because he couldn't go 28-0. I'll take either any time except the CFP. Don't think Bryant has to be concerned with the CFP even if they win the appeal.

Welp, Florida lost an OL this week, due to medical retirement.  Noah Banks, a guy that was a maybe starter/definite playing time backup-type has decided he can't play with his epilepsy.

I wish him all the best.

And our OL is that much more a question mark.
