News of Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson‘s death reached the Oval Office on Tuesday, and President Donald Trump weighed in on the details of the tragedy via Twitter.

Jackson and another man were killed early Sunday after being struck on the shoulder of the interstate by a drunk driver, according to Indiana State Police, per Mike Reiss of ESPN. The driver, Manuel Orrego-Savala, was found to be living in the country illegally and without a valid driver’s license, which prompted a reaction from Trump:

He then offered his condolences to Jackson’s family:

Orrego-Savala was arrested after attempting to flee the scene, and a breath test administered at the scene found his blood-alcohol content to be 0.239 percent, well above Indiana’s legal limit of 0.08 percent, according to Reiss.
