Thought he could beat out Jake, Fromm State Farm.

It isn't decided yet.  He and his father have met with Kirby several times recently.  If Fromm runs off 2 elite 5 star qbs,  he is officially a badass.

Fields at either Auburn or Florida is a terrifying prospect.

I thought that this thread was going to be about the various colors of artificial turf.

Doubtful they'd let him go to an SEC school.  Probably more like FSU or Clemson, something like that.

Alabama and Michigan both had highly ranked transfers announced today as well.  Coaches making room for Signing Day?

Fields could red shirt a year, instead of sitting out a year, and then likely start the year following if Fromm goes pro (which is not a sure thing obviously).

I guess he would not be going to Boise State.

He has not announced anything.  There are discussions about his future.

They can’t block folks anymore. I suppose they could put up a fight over the waiver, but that sounds unlikely.
In either case, the kid made an odd choice and reminded us why recruiting is mostly stupid.
