Morgan was my vote too.  I think being the #1 guy this year, Juwon Johnson may end up being the guy at the end of the year.  I think he's primed for a major breakout.

Watch for the UW WR corps.

One of them be on this list by year-end, unless the depth prevents it. Very deep at WR in Madison. That feels weird to say.

I think Wisconsin, Michigan, MSU and Nebraska are all really deep at WR, ball is going to get spread around more.  Penn State less so.  They have a clear #1, he's really good, and he has the best QB in the conference throwing to him.
