I'll update once the final 2023 rankings come out but in the nine (so far) years of the four-team CFP a total of 73 teams have been ranked in at least one of the final top-25 lists. They range from Alabama which has been ranked #1 in more than half (5) and has been ranked in all nine to UTSA which was ranked #25 in the final 2022 rankings.
Three teams have been included in all nine final rankings, they along with their average final rankings are:
- Bama, 3.22
- Ohio State, 4.44
- Clemson, 6.00
No team has been ranked in exactly eight of the nine.
Six teams have been ranked in seven of the nine:
- Georgia, 5.57
- Oklahoma, 6.14
- Notre Dame, 10.00
- Louisiana State, 15.57
- Utah, 15.71
- USC, 16.43
Of those, Utah stands out to me because they've done it despite not having anywhere near the "brand" that the other five enjoy.
Three teams have been ranked in six of the nine:
- Michigan, 7.5
- Oregon, 12.83
- Oklahoma State, 17
Of those OkSU stands out to me for the same reason as Utah, above.
Florida has been ranked in five of the nine with an average rank of 12.40.
12 teams have been ranked in four of the nine:
- TCU, 8.75
- Baylor, 9.00
- Florida State, 9.00
- Michigan State, 9.25
- Penn State, 9.50
- Wisconsin, 10.00
- Iowa, 12.75
- Auburn, 13.00
- Mississippi State, 17.50
- Northwestern, 17.50
- North Carolina State, 22.00
- Boise State, 22.25
Seven teams have been ranked in three of the nine:
- Washington, 8.33
- Ole Miss, 9.67
- Cincinnati, 11.00
- atm, 16.33
- Tennessee, 16.67
- Texas, 18.33
- Navy, 23.00
of those, Texas stands out to me because they have a "brand" that should be WELL above here.
18 teams have been ranked in two of the nine:
- Kansas State, 10
- North Carolina, 11.5
- Stanford, 12
- BYU, 14.5
- Washington State, 15.5
- UCLA, 16
- West Virginia, 16
- Iowa State, 17
- Louisville, 17
- Pitt, 17.50
- Kentucky, 18
- Memphis, 18.5
- Houston, 19
- Missouri, 19.5
- Louisiana, 21
- Minnesota, 21.5
- Virginia Tech, 22
- Temple, 24
23 teams have been ranked in just one of the final CFP rankings:
- UCF, 8
- Arizona, 10
- Colorado, 10
- Indiana, 11
- Coastal Carolina, 12
- Georgia Tech, 12
- Oregon State, 14
- Arizona State, 15
- Western Michigan, 15
- Tulane, 16
- Wake Forest, 17
- Miami, FL, 18
- South Carolina, 19
- Ap State, 20
- Syracuse, 20
- Arkansas, 21
- Fresno State, 21
- San Jose State, 22
- San Diego State, 24
- Troy, 24
- Tulsa, 24
- Virginia, 24
- UTSA, 25

Having a Somoan pipeline is a pretty effective replacement for branding.

What are the biggest brands that have not made a single appearance (zero) in the cfp top 25?

Florida has been ranked in five of the nine with an average rank of 12.40.
I agree on Nebraska.

I stand by Florida. 5 might as well be 0. Florida and Texas have zero reason not to be the mega powers of the sport
But also I missed them

I don't disagree but @Brutus Buckeye (https://www.cfb51.com/index.php?action=profile;u=31) 's question was about zero appearances
